Our goal is simple: to help people feel better, move better, and get back to the activities that matter most \u2014 whether that means returning to work, sport, family life, hobbies, or everyday movement without pain.<\/p>\n<p>At Kinatex West Island, clients benefit from the care of a multidisciplinary team offering physiotherapy, occupational therapy, osteopathy, massage therapy, acupuncture, kinesiology and rehabilitation services all under one roof. We provide personalized treatment plans for people recovering from injuries, surgery, workplace or motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, concussions, balance problems, chronic pain, jaw issues, cancer-related changes, and mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety or burnout.<\/p>\n<p>Our approach is collaborative and practical. We take the time to understand each person\u2019s goals, explain what is happening, and create a plan that supports recovery, prevention, and long-term well-being. We also offer specialized care for oncology rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, fall prevention, vestibular and balance rehabilitation, and programs for CNESST, SAAQ and Veterans Affairs clients.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>About Stephanie: Clinic co-owner Stephanie Steen is a physiotherapist with more than 15 years of private clinical experience. She has advanced training in manual therapy, orthopedics, neck and back care, running injuries, myofascial techniques and dry needling.
