After a 15-year career working alongside leaders across the private sector, non-profits, government, and international organizations, I launched my own independent consulting practice.

I partner with managers, entrepreneurs, and organizations navigating demanding moments, as a consultant or as an executive coach. Whether it’s a transformation, a growth phase, or a repositioning, I bring support across organizational development, business development, strategic communications, and environmental and social impact.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with organizations such as the United Nations Office at Geneva, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the French Ministry for the Ecological and Solidarity Transition, the Ministry of Culture and Communications, the French Water Circle, the Ecomuseum Zoo, HEC Montréal and the startups incubator, Sherbrooke University, and la Maison de l’innovation sociale. I’m also currently a consultant for the Business Development Bank of Canada and on the Board of Mentorat Québec.
