PROFILE

Dana Frade is a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Strength, Mobility, and Movement, with a strong focus on Women’s Health and Lifestyle Interventions.

With a background in Clinical Psychology, she takes a full-picture approach to fitness, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and create habits that actually last.

She works with individuals who feel stuck, inconsistent, or disconnected from their body, guiding them toward more energy, confidence, and control over their health.

Services

Dana works independently with private clients and leads her own group classes.

She offers personal training, online coaching, and group classes, working one-on-one with clients either at a private gym space or in their homes.

She also teaches her fitness methodology in the Seniors Clubs in Pierrefonds and DDO, where she has been helping older adults stay strong and mobile for over four years.

Dana provides specialized support for women through her PeriFit program, designed for perimenopause and menopause to help women better understand their bodies, build strength, and stay active with confidence.

She also offers educational workshops and talks focused on women’s health and lifestyle, including sessions such as the workshop she hosted at Marché Tau in January 2025.
