Joseph Taylor: General Manager, Quebec
PROFILE
Isabelle Grondin:
After 10 years of experience in senior well-being, I now focus on building partnerships within the healthcare community to support safe returns home, while keeping my referral partners fully informed about the progress of the cases they entrust to me.
My role is to simplify access to compassionate, reliable home care that fully complements the public healthcare system.
I work closely with key sectors to build a trusted referral network:
- The Healthcare Sector: Hospitals, CLSCs, private clinics, rehabilitation centers, and senior residences.
- The Financial Sector: Wealth management advisors and notaries.
My goal is twofold: to help seniors remain at home for as long as possible, while providing true peace of mind to their families.
My expertise is rooted in a human-centered approach and long-term, solution-oriented practices.
