Mark Wathen is an entrepreneur and business development professional with extensive experience building and growing successful companies across multiple industries.

Over the past five years, Mark launched and scaled two businesses, including a home care agency that grew to over 50 employees and a commercial cleaning company established during the pandemic. He successfully exited both ventures in 2024.

Prior to that, Mark spent more than two decades in the home décor industry, including 18 years with Artissimo Designs, where he helped grow the company into North America’s largest wall décor manufacturer.

Today, Mark is a partner at Integrale, a growing property services company focused on simplifying building maintenance and care for commercial and residential property managers.

Integrale provides commercial cleaning services and is expanding its offering to include painting, preventative maintenance, disaster restoration (water and fire damage), and renovation and construction services through strategic partnerships.
